Inherent was born from our founder’s firsthand experience navigating high-stakes positions and transitions in her professional and personal life. She served in the leadership track of the Singapore government and cut her teeth in the Silicon Valley startup scene while raising a young family – settings which taught her that people thrive with the right support; resilience is not merely an individual trait.

Amid these demanding roles, she partnered with Princeton University to develop programs to help individuals and organizations face adversity and transition head-on. Through this work, she saw that leaders often go through pivots feeling isolated or ill-equipped, and organizations often handle change without addressing the human experience. Change often feels transactional. She knew there was a better approach.

Inherent was created to be that better way

Inherent blends the empathy of a coach, the savvy of a strategist, and the practicality of an operator who has scaled global business and government/policy operations. We champion results, innovation and compassion in equal measure.

Our story unfolds with each client: a CEO redefining his leadership style, a Fortune 500 company rebuilding its culture for the AI economy, a professional woman braving a career leap.

Inherent guides them on their journey - drawing out their innate capabilities, equipping them with practical data and strategies, and walking with them through the uncertainty.

Clients not only achieve breakthroughs in their professional settings, they do so in a way that deepens their values and makes the journey worthwhile.

Our People
